Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation, attendance, and conduct of all individuals and entities involved in the Global Medical Tourism Expo 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "the Event"). By registering for or attending the Event, all participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Event Organizer

The Event is organized and hosted by Crescent Meditours UK (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer") in collaboration with its knowledge partner, NABH.

Eligibility

The Event is open to healthcare providers, medical tourism facilitators, government representatives, investors, and other stakeholders in the medical tourism industry.

Attendees must be at least 18 years of age.

Participants must register through the official Event website or authorized channels.

Registration

Registration is mandatory for all attendees, exhibitors, and speakers.

Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration without providing a reason.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward others.

Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the Event.

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and presentations provided during the Event are the intellectual property of the respective owners.

Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of Event content is strictly prohibited.

Liability

The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by participants during the Event.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to secure appropriate insurance coverage.

Cancellation and Postponement

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.

In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will not be liable for any costs incurred by participants, including travel and accommodation expenses.

Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.

Privacy Policy

Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the Event.

By registering, participants consent to the use of their data in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy, available on the official Event website.

Amendments

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants via email or through the official Event website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
